Elios Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic in Manchester, NH. This is a permanent, direct-hire role on an integrated care team serving children and adolescents.

Qualifications

• OT licensure and pediatric specialization preferred.
• Experience with children/adolescents strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to youth in home, school, and community settings.
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress on functional goals and sensory processing, emotional regulation, and self-care.
• Coach families to carry skills into daily routines.
• Coordinate with behavioral health, primary care, and school-based providers.
• Supervise OTAs as needed and contribute to pediatric best practices.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver OT services to youth in home, school, and community settings
• Complete evaluations, build individualized treatment plans, track functional progress
• Target sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-care, and school participation
• Coach caregivers and families to carry skills into daily routines
• Coordinate with behavioral health, primary care, and school-based providers
• Supervise OTAs as needed
• Help shape pediatric OT best practices inside an integrated health model

What you need:

• Master’s or Doctorate, OTR/L preferred
• Pediatric and adolescent experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation, clean driving record, proof of auto insurance
