Now, we’re looking to expand our team with a dedicated and dynamic Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping students thrive.

Qualifications

  • Licensed OT (OTR/L) or COTA in NH.
  • Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work in a team-based, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development focusing on motor, sensory, and self-help skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized and small-group occupational therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with educators, BCBAs, and families to support functional independence.
  • Integrate sensory regulation strategies into classroom routines.
  • Provide staff consultation to address sensory and motor needs throughout the day.
  • Monitor progress and document in line with state and school policies.

Who We’re Looking For: Occupational Therapist (OTR/L or COTA)

The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and student-centered—ready to support learners in developing the motor, sensory, and adaptive skills needed for success across all learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development with a focus on motor, sensory, and self-help skill areas
  • Develop and implement individualized and small-group occupational therapy sessions
  • Collaborate closely with educators, BCBAs, and families to support functional independence
  • Integrate sensory regulation strategies into classroom routines
  • Provide consultation to staff to support students’ sensory and motor needs throughout the school day
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and school policies
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of New Hampshire
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays (preferred)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for inclusive, strengths-based, and functional skill-building
  • Comfortable working in a team-based, data-driven environment
