Infinity Rehab, in partnership with St. Otto’s Care Center, is seeking a dedicated occupational therapist to provide and coordinate therapy services for adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. You will assess, plan, implement, document, and communicate under physicians’ orders to support resident care.

5K Sign-on Bonus available!ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking a passionate, driven certified occupational therapist to deliver therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. In this position, you will provide and direct occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.ABOUT THE COMMUNITYLocated just off Highway 10 and near the Mississippi River you will find St. Otto’s Care Center. This short and long-term care community, which is privately owned by a local family, has a friendly team of therapists across all disciplines.
