Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab in Kentucky is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients. You will assess needs, create treatment plans, and provide therapy with a diverse clinical team.

You will also prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries, and travel to nearby centers as needed. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, along with competitive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license and credentials.
• SNF and/or acute care experience.

Responsibilities
