Duties:
  • Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders, developing care plans according to standards.
  • Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide rehabilitative treatment, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Adjust treatments based on patient progress.
  • Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and providers.
Qualifications:
  • Occupational Therapy license required.
  • Open to all experience levels.
