Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the therapy team at Sabal Palms Health Care Center in Largo, FL. This role offers a work-life balance with flexible schedules (M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th) with 4, 6, or 8 hours per day, and NetHealth-based documentation on a laptop or iPad.

The OT will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, perform assessments, plan programs, document thoroughly, and collaborate under physicians’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy.
• State license.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Provide occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and related documentation.
• Functions under physicians’ orders and communicates effectively with the care team.
• Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in patient care.
