Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the therapy team at Sabal Palms Health Care Center in Largo, FL. The role involves direct patient care for adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, plus assessment, treatment planning, and documentation under physician orders.

You will supervise COTAs, collaborate with the clinical team, and participate in ongoing professional development through free CEU opportunities and a supportive mentorship culture.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy
• State license
• We welcome new graduates to this program and will provide mentorship as you learn your role and grow as a therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
• Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
