About the Position:

Optimal is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist passionate about improving patients’ quality of life in their home environment.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) addresses the performance of daily activities and participation in roles and situations in the home and community. OT services promote health and wellness for individuals with or at risk of developing illnesses, injuries, or disabilities, aiming to improve activity participation and quality of life.

Pay:

$80,000-100,000 annually

*Optimal pays per visit.

About you:

• Holds an active license to practice in Colorado.
• Preferably has at least one year of experience as an OT in home health.
• Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses effective interpersonal skills.
