Job summary

A pediatric therapy agency in California is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide in-home and remote services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays. This flexible position offers up to $65 per billable hour and includes bonuses after 6 and 12 months of employment. Candidates must have a California OT License and a degree in Occupational Therapy. This position is flexible and requires billable hours being met. Your caseload can be built up according to your scheduling needs. OT will complete early start evaluations and provide in‑home and remote services to the families of infants and toddlers (ages 0‑3) who have developmental delays. Pay DOE up to $65 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible!

Required Skills:

• Must be able to communicate effectively using written and verbal communication. Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Must have basic computer skills. Google Workspace knowledge is a plus!
• Must be comfortable working in homes.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy accredited by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Knowledge of normal child development birth to three‑year‑old.
• California OT License.
