Job summary

Compass Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy to children under age 3. The role includes scheduling flexibility, buildable caseloads, and a supportive team environment.

A $500 bonus after 6 months and another $500 after 12 months are offered to eligible candidates. Pay is up to $65 per billable hour with paid drive time and mileage. Applicants must hold a California SLP license, have a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology, and pass Livescan

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• California Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Successful Livescan fingerprinting and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one intervention with children and their families.
• Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines.
• Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting and child development as needed.
• Monitor, document and share child progress with family, management and Service Coordinator.
• Maintain personal calendar, meet timelines, and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.

This position has a lot of flexibility with hours/scheduling and you can build your caseload accordingly; SLP will have flexibility to build their own schedule with the families they work with! Pay DOE up to $65 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible!Must be able to service culturally diverse populations and be comfortable working in homes and through tele-therapy.
