Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking Occupational Therapists to join a holistic, patient-centered team. You will perform OT assessments, participate in IDT care planning, and deliver interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and functional training in both the clinic and occasionally home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT assessments in facility and home visits to define care needs and goals.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans.
• Provide active and passive exercise, gait training, and ADL re-education.
• Train Therapy Assistants to implement Functional Maintenance Programs.

On The Day-to-day, You Will

• Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments in our facility and occasionally in the home to define participant care needs, preferences, and goals
• Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
• Deliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans
• Provide active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, and functional training of ADLs
• Work with Therapy Assistants, providing training, instruction, and guidance needed to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP)

Job Requirements Include

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred

Compensation Offering $116,521—$147,777 USD
