Kaleida Health's VNA Jamestown Home Care team in Jamestown, NY seeks a part-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and prevent disability in the home setting using approved assessment and therapeutic modalities.

Requirements include a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy, current NYS licensure, one year OT experience, and the ability to work onsite with standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Bi-weekly pay applies.
