Job summary

VNA Erie Rehab - Team E in Cheektowaga is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and prevent disability in home-based settings using approved therapeutic modalities.

The role requires NYS OT licensure, a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, and a valid NYS driver's license. Experience in home care and a standard 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule with onsite work is expected. Salary range is $38.01–$54.26 per hour with bi-weekly pay.
