What You’ll Do

• Provide therapeutic and self‑care interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)
• Monitor patient performance to ensure exercises and activities are completed safely and correctly
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to support coordinated care plans
• Document daily treatment notes and weekly progress accurately and on time
• Maintain treatment areas, therapy equipment, and supplies
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques under OTR guidance
• Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations

Requirements

• Required Qualifications: Associate degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program; Current Montana OTA license or ability to obtain licensure; CPR certification; Valid driver’s license
• Preferred Skills & Competencies: Compassion and patience when working with patients and families; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Physical capability to lift patients, carry equipment, and remain active throughout the day; High attention to detail and ability to follow treatment plans precisely; Strong organizational skills and respect for patient confidentiality
