Zusammenfassung

BACA, part of LEARN Behavioral, seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver services aligned with each child’s IEP and Treatment Plan. You will evaluate needs, develop supports, and collaborate closely with families and instructional teams to promote meaningful progress.

You will document progress, participate in IEP and parent progress meetings, and develop materials and supports relevant to treatment goals while mentoring OT students and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and active OT licensure.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Current OT licensure maintained per licensure requirements.

• Provide direct OT services per each child’s IEP/Treatment Plan.
• Develop IEPs and Treatment Plans with complete documentation.
• Conduct evaluations and prepare written evaluation reports.
• Lead progress meetings with families and school staff.
• Create treatment materials and supports aligned with goals.
• Provide training to staff and supervise OT students.

What You Have

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT certification
• Current Occupational Therapy licensure maintained in accordance with applicable requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide direct occupational therapy services as indicated by each child’s IEP and/or Treatment Plan
• Develop IEPs and/or Treatment Plans and complete treatment planning, record keeping, and progress reporting
• Administer evaluations and complete written evaluation reports
• Participate in IEP and parent progress meetings and communicate with families and instructional staff regarding progress, strengths, needs, and concerns
• Develop materials and supports relevant to treatment goals and participate in interdisciplinary professional development
• Provide training to instructional and related service staff, mentor or supervise occupational therapy students, and communicate concerns to the Director.
