Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver services aligned with each child’s IEP and Treatment Plan in Sparks, MD. You will evaluate needs, develop supports, and collaborate with families and instructional teams to promote meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes independent, proactive practice with strong listening and organizational skills, supporting children through comprehensive OT care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• Active OT license in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services as indicated by each child’s IEP and/or Treatment Plan.
• Develop IEPs and/or Treatment Plans and complete treatment planning, record keeping, and progress reporting.
• Administer evaluations and complete written evaluation reports.
• Participate in IEP and parent progress meetings and communicate with families and instructional staff regarding progress, strengths, needs, and concerns.
• Develop materials and supports relevant to treatment goals and participate in interdisciplinary professional development.
• Provide training to instructional and related service staff, mentor or supervise occupational therapy students, and communicate concerns to the Director.

Education

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

NBCOT certification

What You Have

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT certification
