You will engage with patients, families, and health care teams, while contributing to research and process improvements to support patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience, board certification in the relevant area, and licensure.

Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling between 7AM and 6:30PM | No weekends or holidays.

Role Purpose

Responsible for evaluation and treatment of medical disorders; clinical, program, staff, and student development; education and training; may participate in research, improvement projects, and processes to support patient care and promote innovation.

Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment, considering discharge needs, expected discharge functional status, and appropriate equipment and supplies.
• Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients, families, and other health care providers; makes recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed.
• Delegates to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication, including determining the skill level or competency required to provide interventions to best meet the needs of the patient.
• Provides assessment, consultations, and/or treatment services based on clinical practice guidelines and department policies.
• Assists in planning, developing and managing processes and special projects to support staff development, care delivery, and innovation.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 2-5 years.
• Supervisor Experience: No Experience.
• Licenses & Certifications: Board Certified in Area of Expertise; Cert/Lic in Area of Expertise.

Preferred Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree.
