Schedule: Full-time, flexible (4x10s or 5x8s), weekends/on-call/holidays as needed

Pay: $44.09 - $70.54/hour based on experience + $20,000 retention bonus, $7,500 relocation assistance, and temporary housing available. Full benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy plans and adjust based on patient progress
