Schedule: Full-time, flexible (4x10s or 5x8s), weekends/on-call/holidays as needed

Pay: $44.09–$70.54/hour based on experience + $20,000 retention bonus, $7,500 relocation assistance, and temporary housing available! Full benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy plans and adjust based on patient progress
• Establish measurable goals and coordinate discharge planning
• Educate patients, families, and care teams on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriateParticipate in departmental operations and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA or equivalent)
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Alaska
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Acute care experience preferred (not required for new grads)
