Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, PA seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. You’ll evaluate residents, develop plans, and deliver skilled OT in a rehab setting, collaborating with PT/ST and nursing to maximize independence.

Licensure as OTR/L in Pennsylvania is required; prior SNF experience preferred. This position offers flexible scheduling and a supportive, resident-centered environment that values compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Pennsylvania.
• Skilled nursing/rehab experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach.
