Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Panama City is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care and drive meaningful outcomes in a rehabilitation setting.

You will supervise therapy sessions, assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress while building strong, compassionate patient relationships to support recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
