Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Panama City in Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a team focused on compassionate, personalized patient care and meaningful recovery. You’ll apply your skills to help patients regain independence using advanced therapy techniques.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and goals to support a successful recovery.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs.
