Job summary

Ladgov Corporation seeks an Occupational Therapist to work in the Cheyenne–Eagle Butte School in Eagle Butte, SD. The role involves evaluating students, delivering individual and group therapy, and collaborating with IEP teams to support student progress.

Schedule is 2–3 days per week, up to 8 hours a day, for up to 36 weeks per school year; requires ACOTE-accredited OT degree, U.S. state license, NBCOT, and at least two years of school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE-accredited program).
• Current, unrestricted U.S. state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (school-based preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations within required timelines.
• Provide individual and group therapy services aligned with student IEPs.
• Attend eligibility, IEP, and special education meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and weekly reports.
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, parents, and administrators.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and parents as requested.
• Recommend therapeutic equipment and interventions to support student performance.
