Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 patient care in luxury senior living communities in Arvada and Lowry. You will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1, with a mix of orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline.

The therapist must work independently and in teams, making decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Qualifications

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care as an Occupational Therapist to luxury senior living communities in Arvada and Lowry! This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Requirements

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
• Qualifications: An active or eligible state license to practice.

Pay Range: $48.00 - 54.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
