Millennium Therapy in Cresco, IA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our patient-focused team in the Skilled Nursing setting. We support Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN commitments with flexible scheduling under therapist-owned leadership.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, direct treatment, caregiver training, and involvement in program development across our Iowa locations. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional support.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Occupational Therapy with state licensure.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients/residents and develop care plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy treatments.
• Consult with staff and caregivers.
• Participate in clinical program development and team processes.
• Supervise other licensed OTs, assistants, and students as required.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy and Professional Licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Utilizes effective time management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Occupational Therapist Requirements

• Occupational Therapist provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
• Participates in the clinical team process.
• Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.
• Involvement in clinical program development.
• Supervises other licensed occupational therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. Some programs with two or more occupational therapists/assistants may provide additional administrative duties as assigned.
