Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services at our facility. The OT will assess patients, plan and implement therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families to improve daily living activities.

Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team ensures comprehensive care. Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy, active OT licensure, and 0-1 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current OT licensure or registration in the state.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living techniques.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Job Summary The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

• Experience: 0-1 years
