Job summary

Total Education Solutions, Inc is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to support students in grades K–8. You will assist in developing fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills while working collaboratively with teachers and families. Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Work with teachers, families, and staff to create supportive environments.
• Provide direct OT services as outlined in IEPs.
• Track student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
• Supervise COTAs and create growth plans for students.

Occupational Therapist

Pay Range

$41.08 – $45.88/hr* (range depends on experience, certification, education, and second language use (50% of the time)).

What You’ll Do

• Help students develop fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills for school success.
• Work side‑by‑side with teachers, families, and staff to create supportive learning environments.
• Provide direct OT services (individual and group) as outlined in IEPs.
• Share your expertise by suggesting tools, strategies, and accommodations.
• Track progress, participate in IEP meetings, and celebrate wins with your team.
• Stay creative and bring fresh, evidence‑based approaches to your work.
• Supervise COTAs, complete evaluations, and create plans that help students grow and shine.

What We’re Looking For

• Ohio License/Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to drive for work with appropriate auto insurance (25/50k liability coverage).
• Clear background check (BCI/FBI).
• Current TB test.
