Rocky Mountain Health Care Services is seeking an occupational therapist to provide evaluation and treatment across outpatient, home health, and geriatric settings. The role includes supervision of OT plans of care and clinical supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.

The incumbent will participate in the interdisciplinary team daily, develop treatment plans from thorough assessments, and guide families to maximize independence and safety at home.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral occupational therapy program.
• Active license to practice OT in Colorado (or pending).
• NBCOT certification in OT (NBCOT).

• Perform initial, annual, semi-annual, change of condition, or routine OT assessments.

• Instruct family and caregivers to maximize independence, function and safety.
• Assess home environment and recommend DME or home modifications.
• Supervise and direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as appropriate.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the provision of occupational therapy services, including evaluation and treatment to Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (RMHCS) participants, supervision of occupational therapy plans of care, and clinical supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
