Amberwood Post Acute is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN/part-time basis. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide OT services to our residents in a post-acute setting, helping them regain function and independence.

The role requires a current CO OT license; experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required. We offer a supportive workplace and opportunities for growth while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Assess and treat residents in a post-acute setting to support functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy colleagues to optimize resident outcomes.
