Qualifications

• Current OTR/L license in applicable state.
• NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist, Registered.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Strong evidence-based practice skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide OT interventions to improve ADLs and IADLs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the Health Network.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.
• Document assessments and progress in the EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement and research as appropriate.

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills
