Responsibilities include implementing activities to improve motor skills, educating families on adaptive equipment, and coordinating with the care team. A strong patient-centered approach and excellent communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Our facility offers post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services, and we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our residents.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a licensed Occupational Therapist with a strong background in rehabilitative and therapeutic care. They will have a passion for working with elderly patients and a commitment to helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
