P0001 Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Brewer, ME is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. You will provide comprehensive, compassionate therapy and collaborate with rehab and nursing staff to support residents' independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment
• Possess a current OT/OTR license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic documentation and adjust to documentation timelines
• Maintain attention to detail and timeliness in records and reports
• Be flexible with hours to meet patient and department needs

Overview: $5,000 SIGN-ON OR RELOCATION BONUS! A full-time Occupational Therapist, (OT / OTR), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Brewer, ME.

Rate Range: $33-$38/hr

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Occupational Therapist, (OT / OTR), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
