Location: Boulder, CO (serving Boulder & Weld counties).

Status: Full-Time (19+ visits/week) | Part-Time (10+ visits/week) | PRN.

You will be joining a company that is therapist owned and run to offer quality care - not corporate profits. Children (ages 0–20) thrive in their natural environments, and parents become more effective advocates when therapy happens where life happens. We are deeply committed to health equity: 80% of our patients utilize Medicaid or state-funded sources. We serve the families who need us most.

• We offer a transparent, experience-based pay scale:
• Starting Rate (< 1 year experience): $68.97 per visit
• Senior Rate (15+ years experience): $83.60 per visit
  • 1.25 x hourly rate for initial evaluations**

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Tailoring treatment plans to their individual needs and goals.
• Provide input for early intervention plans (IFSPs) and provide services through the Early Intervention Colorado Program for children birth to 3 years of age.
• Educate families on exercises and techniques to support their child's therapy goals between sessions.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families to create a trusting and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Pediatric experience is preferred, but we value a passion for working with children and adolescents of all abilities.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to work independently.
• Compliance: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout Boulder.
