Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care and daily living activities. You will educate patients, families, and caregivers and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• NBCOT registration.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.
