Soar Autism Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to develop and implement naturalistic OT programs for children aged 2–6 in a center-based setting. You will assess and address gross/fine motor skills, feeding, and daily living activities, coordinating with ABA, SLP, and psychology teams.
You will mentor RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate closely with families to set goals and track outcomes, while supporting a compassionate, growth-oriented clinic culture.

We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family.
