Job summary

Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our 3–5 Early Intervention team in Philadelphia. You will develop, evaluate, and implement occupational therapy plans and work within a holistic care team serving children and their families in accordance with IEPs.

The role requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, active OT license, and at least one year of pediatrics experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university.
• One year of pediatric OT experience (licensed).
• Experience with assessments to evaluate occupational-related abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for 3–5 year olds.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.

Therapists will develop, evaluate and implement occupational therapy plans and function as part of an Holistic Care/educational team serving children 3-5 and and their families in accordance with their approved IEP. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with children who require services with developmental delays within the 3-5 age group.
• Education requirement: Minimum Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate occupational-related abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address kiddos occupational goals.
