Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services in Avondale, AZ. The role focuses on developing functional and academic goals aligned with students' IEPs and collaborating with educators and related services.

You will conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes to support student growth and success within school settings.

Qualifications

• OTR/L license in Arizona (or eligible) is required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and processes.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Provide direct OT services in school-based settings.
• Collaborate with special education teams and teachers.
• Develop, update, and monitor IEP goals; participate in reviews.
• Complete data collection and clinical documentation timely.
• Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment as needed.
