Point Quest Group is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a Goodyear, AZ, school-based role. You will evaluate students, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and deliver direct OT services across educational settings, collaborating with educators and related staff to support student goals.

Qualifications

• Current OTR/L license in Arizona or eligible to obtain.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings with learning, sensory, or social-emotional needs.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and special education processes.
• Experience with sensory integration and adaptive strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Provide direct OT services to students across school-based settings.
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and related service providers to support goals.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals, including annual and triennial reviews.
• Complete data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation timely.
• Recommend adaptive strategies and assistive equipment as needed.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and COTAs.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations.
