Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in school or pediatric settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges is preferred.
• Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment programs for students based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations.
• Follow guidance from the supervising OT for therapy sessions and interventions.
• Conduct data collection and assist with initial and ongoing assessments.
• Help complete annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision.
