Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a school-based role in Aurora, IL. You will deliver individualized therapy to students 3+ years old, aligning treatment with IEPs or medical plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to track progress.

Required licensure (state-specific) and an OT degree (MS/PhD). Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with DOJ Live Scan and TB clearance as applicable.

Qualifications

  • Current OT license in the state of service or eligibility
  • Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state

Responsibilities

  • Create individualized treatment programs based on IEPs or medical plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to set goals and accommodations
  • Oversee and support COTAs as needed
  • Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and ongoing assessments
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports

You'll develop treatment programs aligned to each student's IEP or medical plan, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain the documentation that ensures every student's progress is tracked and celebrated.
