Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years related experience.
• Experience coordinating or delivering training or education related to safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OSHA training logistics, scheduling, materials, attendance, and accessibility needs.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, eligibility screening, registration, and communications for research projects.
• Provide guidance on training technologies and data collection standards to project participants and staff.
• Collect, verify, and maintain research data with quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain project databases and reporting systems; identify data collection improvements.
• Assist with analyzing program evaluation data and summarizing findings for reports and grants.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and grant-related materials.
