Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on functional needs and clinical findings.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions designed to improve function, mobility, strength, and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Perform specialized evaluations and assessments as indicated.
• Perform Occupational Medicine assessments to evaluate functional abilities and work-related activities.
• Prepare timely and comprehensive documentation and reports related to patient care and FCE findings.
• Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations with patients, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, safety, and functional goals.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, clinic policies, and safety procedures.
