Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Occupational Medicine.
• California license or eligibility and hospital credentialing.
• Documentation of clinical activity and malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical occupational medicine services at two clinics in Lodi, CA.
• Collaborate with Occupational Medicine team, employee wellness, and corporate health initiatives as the program expands.
• Meet hospital medical staff credentialing standards and participate in program growth.
