Job summary

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial in Lodi, California seeks a mission-minded BC/BE Occupational Medicine physician to join our team. The role focuses on clinical Occupational Medicine across two clinics, with opportunities to expand into employee wellness and corporate health as the program grows.

Applicants should have completed ACGME/AOA training in preventive medicine or a related specialty with evidence of clinical activity and malpractice insurance capability.

Qualifications

• Completed an ACGME/AOA accredited post-graduate training in preventive (occupational and environmental) medicine or related specialty with experience in preventive medicine.
• California license or eligible to obtain license for medical staff membership.
• Board eligible or board certified in occupational or preventive medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide mainly clinical Occupational Medicine services across two clinics in Lodi, CA.
• Be part of the Occupational Medicine team with opportunities to grow into employee wellness and corporate health.
• Work five days a week with potential involvement in other AHMG services.

Job description

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial is actively seeking a mission-minded BC/BE Occupational Medicine physician in Lodi, California. The incoming physician will spend five days a week working with our Occupational Medicine team over two clinics where they will practice almost entirely clinical Occupational Medicine, though opportunities to advance into other areas like employee wellness and corporate health exist (as services continue to grow).

The successful candidate will have completed an ACGME or AOA accredited post-graduate training program in preventive (occupational and environmental) medicine that may include postgraduate courses that award a master of public health degree or its equivalent; or completed an ACGME or AOA accredited post-graduate training in another medical specialty with several years of practice devoted to preventive (occupational and environmental) medicine. Applicants will be required to provide documentation of clinical activity as well as malpractice insurance and be able to meet the criteria for medical staff membership.

Candidates must be BE/BC, be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.

Wage Scale:300,000-340,000

*Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period.
