Intermountain Health is seeking a board-certified Occupational Medicine Physician to join a collaborative group of providers in Layton, Utah at our Workmed clinic. Qualifications

• Board-certified Occupational Medicine, emergency medicine, or family practice physician preferred.
• Successful completion of U.S. ACGME residency or fellowship required.
• Future flexibility to work at other Workmed locations across Utah.

Responsibilities

• Perform fitness assessments for work examinations.
• Conduct pre-employment physicals.
• Provide acute injury care, including repair of lacerations.
