Job description

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Occupational Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join the team at the North Lancaster Medical Office in Salem, Oregon.

This physician will provide high-quality, cost-effective care to injured workers, with a focus on timely return to work and minimizing disability. The program partners closely with local employers to provide comprehensive workplace health and safety services that support their business needs.

The physician will join a collaborative team of Occupational Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians and Nurse Practitioners, supported by a highly skilled Integrated Care team. The clinic is staffed with experienced professionals, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care while supporting both the patient and employer experience.

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is$304,500-$343,200 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. • Base salary range: $283,400-$322,100
• Lifestyle Stipend: $21,100 annually
• Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
