Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks an Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to deliver essential health services in the East Valley for workers and employers. You will perform baseline and annual physicals, evaluate and treat industrial injuries, and manage exposure to infectious and hazardous materials.

The role requires an ARIZONA PA-C with NRCME, ACLS/BLS, and a DOT driver examinations certification.

Qualifications

• PA-C designation (NCCPA) with current prescribing privileges and DEA license.
• Arizona license or eligibility.
• ACLS/BLS certification.
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or orthopedics preferred (new grads considered).
• Certification for NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required.
• Ability to interpret EKGs and stress tests is a plus or training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performing baseline and annual physical exams.
• Evaluating, treating, and following up on industrial injuries and medical conditions.
• Managing infectious and hazardous material exposures.
