Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C/NP) to join a comprehensive occupational health team within a large multistate program.

Responsibilities include performing baseline and annual physical exams, evaluating and treating industrial injuries, and managing exposures to infectious and hazardous materials. Arizona license or eligibility is required, along with DOT NRCME certification.

Qualifications

• NP/PA-C designation (AANP/NCCPA).
• Active prescribing privileges and DEA license.
• Arizona license or eligibility.
• ACLS/BLS certification.
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or orthopedics preferred; new grads considered.
• NRCME (DOT) driver examinations certification required.
• Ability to interpret EKGs and stress tests is a plus.
