Job summary

Conservative Care Occupational Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to autonomously evaluate and manage work-related injuries and acute conditions. You will perform occupational examinations, coordinate with therapy staff and employer partners, and ensure compliant documentation.

The role emphasizes safe functional recovery and timely return-to-work, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA licensure in Oklahoma.
• DOT NRCME certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Ability to diagnose, evaluate, and manage musculoskeletal and work-related injuries.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical evaluations, injury assessments, follow-ups, and return-to-work exams.
• Diagnose and manage work-related injuries and acute illnesses.
• Develop treatment plans for safe functional recovery and timely return to duty.
• Perform DOT physicals and pre-employment physicals; IMEs and medical reviews as needed.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR and coordinate with therapy and employer partners.
