Job summary

Ramp Health is seeking a dedicated full-time Nurse to ensure the health and well-being of our employees. 1 nurse, 40 hours/week, M-F 6am-2:30pm, on-site in Ohio. The role covers preventive care, injury management, and wellness programs within a dynamic workplace.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with experience in Family/General/Occupational Health, strong communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate with HR and safety teams to maintain a healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid license.
• 2 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health.
• Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols.
• Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Employee Health & Safety: Promote workplace health and safety by identifying and mitigating health risks.
• Injury & Illness Management: Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers.
• Health Screenings & Assessments: Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.
• Case Management: Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.
• Health Promotion: Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives.
